Service Description
A results-driven collagen-induction treatment that uses sterile micro-needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This process stimulates collagen and elastin, helping to improve texture, soften acne scars, minimize fine lines, and enhance overall firmness. Mild redness, tightness, or sensitivity can occur for 24–72 hours as the skin begins its natural healing process. Some clients may experience light flaking or dryness during the recovery period. Because microneedling requires proper evaluation, a consultation is required before booking, and this service cannot be performed during your first visit. Pre- and post-care instructions are provided to ensure safe healing and optimal results.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: - **50% Deposit**: A non-refundable **50% deposit** is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - **48-Hour Cancellation Policy**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for **at least 48 hours' notice**. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the **forfeiture of your 50% deposit**. - **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive **more than 15 minutes late** for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full treatment. In this case, your **50% deposit** will be held as a fee, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. - **No-Call/No-Show**: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, your **50% deposit** will be held as a fee, and the remaining appointment will be canceled.
