Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: - **50% Deposit**: A non-refundable **50% deposit** is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - **48-Hour Cancellation Policy**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for **at least 48 hours' notice**. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the **forfeiture of your 50% deposit**. - **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive **more than 15 minutes late** for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full treatment. In this case, your **50% deposit** will be held as a fee, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. - **No-Call/No-Show**: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, your **50% deposit** will be held as a fee, and the remaining appointment will be canceled.
